Many people swear by them, especially when also using an ERA (Easy rebuildable atomizer, which has no gasket to allow for juice). I wan't an RSM, personally..Might even even be my next mod. Basically there is the bottle that holds the juice and part of it is exposed from the outside. A "hose" connects to the top of the bottle and to the connector where the atomizer sits. Rather than dripping into the atomizer, you give the bottle a a little squeeze and the liquid is fed into the atomizer. All of the benefits of dripping, with out the constant work.

Bottom feeders are something you "date"...not vape. Never got excited by the bottom feeding mania. Always seemed like a lot of trouble/work/tinkering....

They are pretty popular.. Just don't think they are "mainstream", per se.. I see a lot of people around here talking about 'em. I think most people are turned off by the form factor as well as the lack of versatility.
