so am i missing something or is this atomizer just way miss marked.. i have a supposed 1.8 ohm attomizer 801 style from ikenvape its reading 1.3 on all my devices? Is 801 different from 510

is 1.3 ohm to low to use, will it like blow up or something?

I'll pass this one off to Pitt or Hawk....I've only ever used 510 stuff, I know nothing about that other thing you speak of....

well i answered part of my question possibly as the next one i opened and tried to test read 1.8 so i am guessing that first one was just badly made or something still dont know if its to low to use though.

801 and 510 are just the type of threading.. 801 uses an outer thread and a 510 an inner.. There is usually only a .3(ish) variance on readings and ratings.. Not to say all will fall into that, but it shouldn't pose a threat. You will just get more drain out of your batteries.

That's the beauty of a non-poly filled coil

The drunker tank is a top coil, no? Would mean that the heat is coming from an inch or so from where you are putting your mouth.. You should also expect an increase in nic :)

ya its a top coil but most everything i use other then my carto tanks are that way, viv novas, and when i drip i am not that far from my coil, i guess this might be a bit closer but wow it just seems warmer. It is nice just making sure it wasnt a sign of a bad coil or something, just wish i could figure out why its whistling when i vape off it that is getting annoying

Mostly its i see a flavor difference, between those tanks and my new drunker, but it is an rba tank so maybe that has alot to play in it. I never really get THAT much flavor difference dripping and going to a tank system, and ussually at home dripping is my perfered method of vaping. Tonight though getting ready for a get together with smokers i am working on converting :D

The whistle is from a small air leak.. Haven't held a drunker tank in my hands, so I couldn't tell you a trouble spot. I would just try to play with the o-ring around the drip tip and the seal around the top of the tank. Probably shouldn't be hotter than when you drip though..

Those are always fun!

Yeah, there is a big difference in flavors between dripping and RBAs compared to a carto.. More flavor gets through for sure

Fresh batts in the new PV, not in the Robust? Don't think those PVs keep an actual steady voltage running throughout the battery life

According to claims they are both supposed to be steady all the way through the life of the batt, but yes there are fresh in the new pv and the robust just got new a bit earlier.. One does use 14500 and the other uses a 18350 if that matters.
