okay so maybe i am opening a can of worms here but has anyone noticed this double standard by the FDA that they are jumping all over us (vapers) and yet all those products that claim people will loose weight on or male enhancement drugs dont have to do anything more then put a little blurb on the bottom of the screen saying this product has not been fda approved.

Funny you mention that....I was just wondering about that the other day. vaping companies aren't allowed to make any health claims or claims that it will help you quit smoking....but yet I can buy a male enhancement pill that claims it will...umm, "enhance" me, and they don't work....I mean I've heard they don't work....I would never buy that stuff....I mean how could you enhance me anyway??? Lol

hahaha ya i just watch a sensa commercial where you shake it on your food and loose weight... and that other one lipozene... and all they had was a little thing at the very bottom of the screen that i could barely read and yet they are "claiming" in a way that this will let you loose weight... yet its only users of ecigs that are saying it helped them quite smoking or slowed down on smoking... nobody that i ever met said it was totally harmless but they do feel its safer then smoking. Yet the FDA is breathing down our neck for what i feel is no reason, i was gonna die early smoking i might die early vaping but i feel a heck of a lot better right now then i ever did smoking. I dunno it just annoyed me when i saw that commercial, and i have seen others before it and it took those other products killing people before the FDA stepped in.

Same reasons why Philip Morris makes stop smoking patches and support programs..Its a circle of money that the FDA could stop, but at the risk of billions of dollars. So all of these convenient ammendments to the guidelines are used to protect that. They silence people that come in and contradict their "findings", cures or anything else that stands in their way of raking in the dough.
