need a few suggestions on a click bladder.

well im wondering if anyone has ever soldered tin? i cant seem to get 2 small pieces of tin to adhere together,ive tried pinch folds,jb weld and solder.im trying to make a small click bladder to pump juice.

its taking to long and something will be found by somebody here,before i perfect it.i jut thought by hearing or feeling the clicks it would be easy peasey. ow heres a photo of a 1880s click bladder,maybe i should hook it up and build a retro device:ohmy: haha.jkg.thanks.

Im surprised one of the steam punk kids havent jumped on this. It looks right up their ally.

I wonder if you messed up the bladder when you used the torch. I work for a HVAC supplier and all my customers use torches and some times they get close to object on the unit that cant take the heat. So they get a wet rag and wrap around it. I wonder if you can do the same thing and save the bladder from shrinking. It looks bit small and you might have issues doing that. We sell a product called Bloc-It. Its a heat absorbing paste. That might be the ticket. Hope this helps.
