ok, thx guys. any of you have experience with shipping times with the mentioned vendors? basically i'm looking for a vendor that can get me my nic in a weeks time or less 
Any of the ones mentioned above can get you what you need in a weeks time. Contact them first and let them know what's going on before you order so that they are aware of your situation. They are all good people and will help you out!
you can only seem to get 10ml sizes from ESV and CEV, odd. GR however sells in all sizes...

If you pay the extra 3$ for express post and order early enough in the day (depending on how busy they are) I've had vapoursolutions orders at my house in Kamloops the next day.
just placed an order with GR earlier this morning and paid the extra $4 for express shipping, we'll see after its sent how long it takes
The Canadian juice vendors I've delt with get their order out in less than 24 hours but its good ol Canada Post who likes to take their time. I read the tracking and shake my head cause its like my package has to go to every major sorting facality in canada before it finally gets to me. Gezzz....from Texas to Idaho in 2 days thru UPS. Canada Posts Victoria to Creston 4 days, Mississauga to Creston 12 days, and I'm waiting now for a Canvape that was scheduled for delivery on the 9th and its taken 10 days so far. So Canada Post is the culprit and prolly not the vendors taking their time.
I just got an order this morning from GR. 2 days express post. lower mainland? to kelowna, well worth the extra 4 dollars! can't wait to get home and try my new juice and toys....
i didnt order that one but, i did get a sample of Kicking Horse, not bad....
I've been extremely lucky. Especially when ordering from my local pusher. If Rob gets the order early enough, I can expect it the next day. (Guelph to Burlington)
They really need a new web host, their site is incredibly slow to load. I'll check it out though for sure. I am however impressed right upfront with their ability to spell correctly, vapour without a U when it's a Canadian site just bugs the crap out of me lol.

For my last 3 orders from Jugheads, I ordered on a Friday and it arrived the following Thursday (I'm in Vancouver). Seems to fit your timeframe
