I just got a WL order in the mail yesterday. I ordered a LOR Natural Almond but it distinctively smells just like LOR Cherry in a sxs sniff test, except its clear, not red with the food colorings. ( I did note on my order inquiring if I could get the LOR Cherry without the food colorings, so confusion may abound ) It does not smell like almonds for sure, definitely cherry, and cherry was not on my order, just the inquiry about it.

Anyone have the LOR Natural Almond that can verify that it does not smell like cherry? I've never smelled the almond before, so I don't know. If it does not, then there is a mixup. Thanks.

It definitely could be a Mix-Up. Seeing that the Word Cheery was mentioned when you Ordered.

Have you tired making a Small 5ml Test Batch and see how it Vapes? Sometimes Raw Flavorings smell Different than they Taste when you vape them

Allbeit Almond is kinda a Distinct Smell.

Thanks for the sniff test guys. Definitely a mix up. But a good one, I got an answer to the un-food-colored Cherry question. Its definitely the exact same thing. Wonder how I got a 'special request', that was a question, not a request, so fast though - 4 days from order to my mailbox. Kinda strange.

Hate to throw a monkey wrench into the mix but I believe WL buys big bottles from TFA/LA and simply rebottles them. I don't think they would be the ones adding food coloring, it would come that way from LA. If it's supposed to be red (the cherry) then you probably got the almond.

Cheers,
Steve

Edit. What does the packing list and label on the bottle say? If your really not sure, I would call them in the morning.

Thats what I figured, but, boy it smells exactly like Cherry. I just shook a small mix right now, going into a minitank. Hang on, here we go.

.....

Holy crap! Its almond. D'oh! Thats weird, smells exactly like cherry. Or, my sniffer is snuffed.

Gonna have to mix the two now. I never would have thought of that one, could be good. I'll try anything once.

Almond extracts used in baking remind me of a cherry fragrance. I kinda think you could have the right stuff. Mix a single?

Ever smell almond shampoo? I think it smells like cherry. Maybe my sniffer is broken.

Sent from my stupid iPhone because I don't have an Android.

I have to agree with this one. I think there is one hand lotion out there by Jergens that they just call "cherry almond scent" - because they gave up.
