I tried the same thing in Northern Colorado with no success at all. I've called every conceivable place I could think of (and that Google Maps showed me) that would sell e-juice, but to no avail. I even called our local Head Shops, and no one carried anything.
The closest I came was to a local news stand that carried the Smoking Everywhere cartridges. Too bad those don't fit a 510.

Rocky Mountain vapor is located in Mi (Detroit I think) now but he only ships.. not sure, is this an emergency situation kinda thing?..like a need juice badly cuz I've none left kinda thing? If that's the case, I'm not in Jackson (actually down in Toledo) but I got a couple of bottles of stuff that I could probably split some off into some smaller bottles for a couple of bucks.. think I got some raspberry frapaccino 24mg, black raspberries and cream 12mg, and Blueberry crumble 12mg, oh and vanilla caramel 24mg..
Its not exactly a emergency, but the flavors I have suck, and no debit card to order, I would have to transfer money to paypal and pay with that or my paypal debit card.
I may just have to wait until Tuesday...sucks.

The two largest quantities of juice i have is USA mix and turkish blend, and I cannot stand either one of them, which is weird cause I always liked camels, and regular basics/marlboros
