Need a spring for a grand!!!

The spring on my husbands grand collapsed! I have been watching the website and they don't have any. It seems the one he is using is causing trouble. batteries seem to go dead faster. Cartos are burning up quicker! Help!!!!

The spring itself won't cause a problem, it collapses if there is a short from the atty (or battery). You really should send it to Rob for a look-see.
