I'm not sure its because i haven't had a analog in almost 10 days and my body is adjusting or if i am over vaping. I use Tribeca or Tourque 24 mg cant put my Triton down for more than 20 minutes. So last 2 days i feel pretty good but get runny nose occasionally or slight headache but not painful just feel different and some times a little stomach upset. I have read that these can be symptoms of too much Nicotine. If i order lower doses of juices and mix with my 24mg say 18mg what would the percentage be? Hope you all know what im trying to say. I appreciate all you experienced peoples advice.

I want to say 1.8 % nic, not sure though. It sounds like nic overdose (trust me, I know). I had the same issue with the 24 I had, just dropped down to 18 and was good to go. If you want to o save the 24, you can get a 0 nic bottle of what your using and mix the two.

How much were you smoking, Cigs that is? I was a pack a day and 24 worked to get me off stinkies but around two weeks I would get headaches and feel sick for maybe an hour. Hope this helps!

When I came fresh off full flavor 100's cigs "cold turkey" (which really isn't cold with an e-cig), 24mg in a G6 was overkill. In a Triton, fuhgeddaboudit.

18mg was overkill too. Nic OD gives me an unsettling feeling at the pit of my stomach not unlike nausea, and an uneasy mental feeling, no headache though.

The likely scenario is that your body is so used to and dependent on all of the other junk in cigarettes... flavor additives and other toxins added to increase nicotine absorption. The very same things that keep you hooked, and force dependency. If you can't put down the ecig with all the nicotine already coursing through your veins, I would be willing to bet that's what's going on.

Give it a couple weeks off analogs. At that point you can cut the 24mg you have 50/50 with 18mg which would form 21mg. Or 24mg with 12mg which would be 18mg. Basic math. Just rotate or shake the combination to even out the average potency. Once you are comfortable and smooth sailing, you can tone it down to 12mg if you so choose to.

If you mix 24 and 18 you'll get roughly 21mg depending how precise you are. I would also say runny nose isn't usually nic od. It's more a withdrawal symptom. All those symptoms actually can be either withdrawal or nic od.

Greenleaf hit it on the head, give it some time but also cut down the nic for now to see if that helps

Basically what the other's said, but don't go to 21.

If I'm in your shoes, I'd get some 12mg. If you are over-nic-ing, going from 24 to 21 ain't nothing.

And I would vape the 12mg , straight up. I know what a nic fit feels like, when I need nic. If with the amount of hits I'm doing at 12, then I would know it ain't enough. Then I'd go 50/50 with the 24mg. Gives me 18.

And nothing would go to waste. Weeks from now, you could get 6, and use the rest of your 24 to "spike" up the 6 a bit. It isn't critical to be a few digits off. But you need to drop it by more than a few. But dude, do it, NOW!!!

If you have to, go to a B&M and get something at 12mg.

And don't take this wrong. I know the Triton is fantastic. But ya gotta put it down. Until you get lower nic juices, you can't be hittin it every few minutes. I know it's easy to just vape off a tank. I know.

(I use bottles of 6 and 12, and can just eyeball the mix into a tank. When I know I'll vape a lot, I go heavier on the 6. When I feel a tough day coming on, I'll do mostly, if not all 12.)

And I would NOT get some other mix. Stick with the Halo flavors you have.

I'm at right about the same point as you. Stopped smoking 10 days ago. Was smoking Marlboro lights a pack a day for 20 years. So I bought the Triton and 18mg juice. After the first day I could tell it was to high for me or ,just because it was new, I was vaping too much. I would start getting dizzy and blurred vision. The next day bought some 12 and have been fine ever since. Except for the typical quitting stinkys withdrawal, slight headaches, taste buds not playing nice and some horrible sinus ..... Today I went and bought nasal spray and some Vicks vapor rub and I'm happy I did. I can actually taste the flavors!!!! So I guess what it boils down to is control and intake. At work I get a 5 minute break and back to work for 3 hours to the next break so I use the 18mg to get my fix. But at home 12mg does me right because I vape alot more. Hope it helps and good luck.
