You're welcome! I am really happy with my ego twists and the protank 2 mini tanks are still great IMO, I just draw too long, too hard and too often and wasn't allowing enough time for this wicks to soak up enough juice so what I was tasting was actually the dry wicks, not metal. They told me I am the only person he's heard say it tastes like metal, go figure.

It's a night and day difference with the carto tank, I haven't gotten any dry burn (metal taste) since so I am a happy camper.

Yeah, I started off with very small cigarette-sized 350 batteries. (Kanger Esmart btw) it's produces a great little hit, but has a short life, and the clearo's aren't rebuildable, so I moved onto Evods, and that's what I've been using ever since. I think in time, I'll replace the tanks with Protanks and the batteries with 1000 kanger twists, but I'm more than happy with what I've got. I'd say the Evod is an excellent choice for a starter kit-decent battery life, great vapour, and it's interchangeable with a wide range of other hardware, meaning it's easy to upgrade.
