Need advice on PG/VG ratio mixes... Anyone know what Jolly Rogers Captain Custard is?

Hi,

I just purchased all of my DIY supplies, but there's one thing I'm a little confused on and could use a little advice on, and that's the PG to VG ratios.

I'm using a VV Lavatube, T3S Clearomizer and 2.2-2.5 coils. I don't have much experience with various ratios, so not sure what to start with... I'm leaning towards a 50/50 mix to start. Since I'm not dripping, I don't want to go heavy on the VG and have to clean burn my coils all the time. I have several store bought juices and all except 1, seem to be more watery, so I'm assuming a higher PG ratio. I have Jolly Rogers Captain Custard that I enjoy and has been my ADV. So if I could find out what that is, I may lean towards that percentage.

Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm starting off with a 60mg, PG based nic and want to cut some down when it arrives and work with that. So I need to get a better idea on what ratio/percentage I want to work with. I know everyone has their own preferences, so I'm just looking for advice taking my gear into consideration.

I tend to use mixes anywhere from 65/35 to 40/60 depending on recipe and my mood at the time of mixing. I would say a 70/30 mix is probably what would be considered standard in store bought juice (PG/VG).

I get a lot of 50/50, 60/40, and 65/35 around here.
