Need advice on subtank mini

I recently bought a subtank mini and istick 30w. The combo is great but the subtank has far too much airflow for me. I didn't know beforehand that a lot of people lung hit it, which is too hard core for me. Has anyone gotten it to work well with mouth to lung hits? I've tried the smallest air hole and even half of that is too much and I end up coughing. Even the 1.2ohm coil with 1/3 smallest air hole didn't work so well, had no vapor at all. Is it worth messing with or should I just try to trade it for another nautilus? It's a shame because the flavor was the best I've tasted yet. I need verticle coils or cotton, can't taste much any other way. Comming from nautilus and dct's.

On it's smallest air flow setting, does it have multiple air holes? You could place one of your fingers over it while you take a hit.

You might want to try a nautilus mini for mouth to lung hits.

You can even adjust it to half an air-hole....I just tried it...worked for me.

May want to get a different drip tip so its not so warm.

What PG/VG mix and nicotine strength is your liquid? What wattage or voltage do you have the istick set at?

Currently have Gemini enter the dragon in it, not sure but mvs said it was mostly vg. At 18 watts right now, tried everything from 13 to 25watts. Smaller drip tip does help a bit. 6mg juice, usually use 12mg on nautilus, and 18 on dct's.

and I'm at 3. lol. I'm a lightweight, can't handle the nicotene. over 6 in a subtank and I cough too. don't feel bad, OP.

Tried some 0nic that was sitting around and no luck. Guess I can't play in the big leagues. =) Thanks for the help though. Will probably just put it up in the classifieds, even trade for nautilus or mini.

I would change the drip tip... and put a slim one on.

When funds allow, I'm getting two mini Subtanks to replace my mini Nautilus'... (because I know I can rebuild these, for sure).

First thing will be to swap the drip tips.

I also have enter the dragon my local shop says its 70%VG-30%PG.. my nano i cannot mouth to lung hit it.
