No, not bad. I haven't tried a zmax or an svd so I can't comment on either. I use the evic and twists (spinners). I prefer the evic while I'm working at my desk and the spinners when I'm moving around.

I don't care about the size I am just looking for one vape for everyday use. I am just looking for a vape that is good quality and has a good reputation with you guys. So please let me know what is the best one. I was watching grimmgreens videos an he was saying that the ivic doesnt let him set the volts to what he perfers.

I was in the same boat as you. I started out with the twist and that didn't last me more than 6 hours of vaping. I then moved into a basic mod (bolt). I like the idea of just changing the battery when it runs out. Now I'm looking at the evic and really like the look, design and functions. Yes it's a high tech gadget but its totally cool. With this being said, the ones I have been looking at are the

provari, like the evic and had better volt/watts reading and paired up with the zen atty pro tank :) is just sexy.

Vamo is a power horse and will give you all the watt/volts for your vaping habits.

Evic as mention above along with you can connect it to your computer for programming. The firmware has been updated and most of the problems has been fixed. The possibility in this unit are endless with each firmware upgrade.

Thanks for all the info. Makes me feel better that I'm not the only one that is confused. I would really like to know what you went with and if you are happy?

I'm sure your head is spinning like mine with all the choices out there. What really helped me in narrowing it down was taking a look on what I wanted out of the new upgrade.
1. Constant volts ... I was tired of the drop in volts as the battery ran down. This cause a weak hit on the vape.

2. Changeable battery... I didn't want to be without a pc when it was charging, I can carry a extra battery and just change it out and continue vaping.

3. Better flavor... This is also part of the constant volts/watts.

4. Better vapors... Refer to point 3 :) hehehe.

I started out by googling each point and went from there. The vamo is the one that popped out to me and as I did more research I came across the evic and then size/looks came into play. The vamo and evic are nice units and affordable pricing. Provari is a lot
More along with the higher end units.

I am really leaning towards the evic :) to be honest with myself I will most likely get the vamo too. Don't tell my wife :(

Hey thanks for all that info. You broght to my attention a great point. It would be really annoying if the watts/volt decreased as my battery dose. Also I am woundering if the evic has that constant volts thing you mentioned. Also if you go see Grimmgreens video On the evic he says that it dose not give him enough power for the ohms he runs. Do you know if they have fixed that?

Correct I do not have a e cigarette yet. But I do have a bit of expeiance. Most of my buddy's from work use them.

The reason I ask is because we all need backups. Even when you have a mod or two, it's super handy to keep a couple of cheap spares around. There are a multitude of reasons, the most important of which is in case something happens to your primary vape.

That's a good reason to go for a starter kit with a couple of twists or spinners and then consider what mod to get when you have a better idea of what you like.

Whatever you choose, I'm sure it will be a good decision.

The reason that it's not improtant for me to have a back up is because I am not really addicted to nicotine. So I could go a day with out smoking. Thats why I'm looking for one main vape.

I dunno... I like my plain ego t.. with a cartomizer and a drip tip..

New to dripping, but what a rush!! I will never stop!!!!

and it is so much cheaper!!!

If I do go off from the house, the kanger i6 is what I have right now.. I just learned, never ever buy cheap stuff off ebay, and don't fall for something you can not clean out and rebuild yourself!!! Good Luck!! :smokie:

ok, just skimmed through the video. the evic advertisement and specs at first was it reaches 15watts, well that was false and what it can do is 11watts. now, the evic will automatically read the type of carts in ohms and will adjust the setting for optimal performance. With this being said most of the time 5 volts is pretty much max at 2.5 ohms. Grimmgreen like to set at 6 volts. Also the evic is lacking in the accuracy in there settings. example: 5.0 volts is really not 5 volts, it's is less when hooked up to a meter.

Here's my new setup. Evic with a kanger pro. Love the way it vapes.

What a beauty!!! Love the way it looks! If I could ask you dose it have enough power? Also how does it perform a lot of vape and flavor? Easy to use? Any annoying things about it?

It is easy to use, had no problems downloading program and updating firmware. Programming took a bit to get used too. Power is great... For my vaping it's plenty for now. I only go up to 4.0volts on a 2.5ohms.

The kanger is really nice and liking it so far. Lots of vapors and great flavor too. I'm actually enjoying it more too.
