Issue one:

I have been vaping since Feb 2012. My favorite e cig has been the Ego-T, but the atomizers sometimes don't work straight out of the package or get a burnt taste after only a few days. I seem to have about a 60-70% hit rate of good atomizers. This is getting me frustrated. I get my atomizers from My Freedom Smokes. Is there a better place or is this just an issue with atomizers that I have to live with?

Issue two:

I love to vape. Alot. Like constantly. Is there a better e cig to do this with that holds more juice? I tried the Silver Bullet with a 3 ml tank but had so much trouble with the cartos being either flooded or burnt that I gave up on them. I am looking for a store near me to get in person advice on how to prime a carto correctly as the you tube videos have not helped me. I've done it the way they show and still have problems with them. Maybe I'm not buying the right cartos? Need advice on what to get with what and where to get it. Does anyone know of stores in Charlotte,NC? I know Madvapes is here. Are there any others?

Thanks so much! I am dreaming of real cigs again and really don't want to go back to them!

Try this on your ego battery. It's about the most idiot proof thing out there and it makes monster hits with very little failure. You do have to keep it wet. Yes you have to keep a bottle on you. I'm yet to find a tank system that is leak/flood/dry proof.

eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer - Penny 's Store
It doesn't have the working capacity of a "proper" tanks system, and you have to pop the mouthpiece every so often to make sure the packing is wet. It is also very important to be aware of the flavor. If you notice the flavor starting to fade or taste dry, the carto is getting dry. Once you melt the plastic inside the carto, it's trash. Keep it wet. Over time, you find your pace. But most people torch a few cartos getting there. Cartos are cheap.

But, OMG does it hit. Reliably.

I see too many people starting out with the "fiddley" systems. I'm not saying don't try them. Just keep something simple and foolproof on hand for when the complicated gizmo fails.

Madvapes has the Smok Screw tank, go there and even though the younger guy isn't very friendly, try the other one. He will show you what to do. Basically any 510 battery MOD, like the SilverBullet or eGo batts, will work with it. Unscrew the top and fill it up. Buy some replacement heads and you have a good set up.
I prefer the ViVi Novas, but they were out of stock the last time I was there.
I prefer MyFreedomSmokes juice, higher quality IMHO.
The atomizers you have been getting are fine, its the way they are used that causes so many broken parts. Like dry burning too much, too high of current, etc. With the Smok Screw tank the chances of dry burning are less, as you can see whether the wicks are saturated or not.
Good luck!

Check the uni nova ce4 at vapedudes
https://www.vapedudes.com/Standard-Resistance-Rebuildable-Ce4-Uni-Nova-_p_313.html

It's rebuildable meaning that when th atty dies, you just replace it. The replacement atty has a wick attached si that gets changed out as well. The picture on their site shows the shorty
Wicks, but vapedudes offers the long wicks.
At around 7 bucks,
1.3 something ml capacity
No leaking
And replaceable parts, it's a win
