If it's possible I'd get a mix. If you find what juice you want with it, check in the drop down menu on the juice's page what ratios there are for that one. Usually it's pg or pg/vg at 60/40 and some offer just vg as well.

The main difference between pg and vg is throat hit vs vapour:

More pg = more throat hit but less vapour.

More vg = less throat hit but more vapour.

If you get a mix of them both you'll get the best of both worlds

So, I'm an ex smoker, and as my girlfriend is still smoking all the time I find it extremely hard not to start smoking cigarettes again.

I'm new also so someone please correct me if I get this wrong.
If you are an ex smoker, thats great! You can get the juices with NO nicotine.
This may be a good choice to help keep you from starting smoking again. But I have no clue as to the actual feeling of a non-nic juice.

From the vapourworld site? It looks like it's a mix of either pg and vg, or pg and peg with BM standing for best mix. So it's like BM1 (best mix pg/vg) and it says pg/vg meaning it's a mix of them both.

They don't seem to say what ratio they actually use but it looks like it's a 50/50 mix. Peg isn't used so often, this is actually the first time I've seen a UK vendor offer it so I'd maybe steer away from the peg mixes.

Besides all this info, I just want to add, you might want to order a bottle of juice you think your wife would like. She just might end up taking over your PV, if you can get her to try it, lol. Many people here have 'accidentally' quit.

It's like vaping "air". It's why few can vape "0" nicotine eliquid. Nicotine level and warmth of the vapor from better batteries/lower resistence are the main parts of good throat hit (inhaled feel of smoking). Without the nicotine, you might as well just puff on a straw.
