I have no answer, but I would say this (this was my rationale). E-cigs are probably worse for you than, say, regular air. So if you are deciding between e-cigs and just air (as in a nonsmoker) then don't do it.

Now if you are deciding between e-cigs and analogs, what are the odds that vaping e-cigs could possibly be any WORSE for you than inhaling the fumes of combustion-driven, unregulated-likely-filthyandstale tobacco (plus god knows what else), fiberglass filtered proven-can-kill-you and says so on every pack products.

That you must decide for yourself.

There is sicientific proof that laughing is good for your health.

I think there person asking all these bright questions really really wants a e-cig. So, here is what they should do in:

1. purchase one
2. watch it carefully (may do something strange on it's own) 8-o
3. quit analogs (cold turkey)
4. report to us anything of interst
5. show it to his/her friends ( tell them it maybe/ maybe not safe) :D
6. ask his/her doctor for more medication.
7. take a chance in life use it or don't
8. don't ask the same questions all the time.
9. Laught more
