Maybe those reasons combined with the possibility of males being more likely to become active in an e-smoking forum? Also, the age interval of 22-35 was a tad bigger than the others, but not enough to totally account for the difference, though.

I analyzed the age/gender one a few weeks back and found that males had an average age near 30 and females had an average near 40. This is sufficient stratification that a single age poll is not terribly helpful. I'd collect the data from the other polls and see what they tell you. I also noticed that there are more males than females (2:3 when I looked), but since there are more males on the internet I'm not surprised, the potential for significant selection error is high. I was surprised to see that e-cigs are predominantly older folks (especially since more younger folks are on the 'net).

I just wonder of the 22 -35, how many were over 30?

I think it IS significant, as opponents of PVs often claim they appeal to "young people," but the other polls including this one so far) seem to indicate otherwise. I think 22 - 25 is still considered "young people" but 30+ is pretty much working adults, more often with families and longer-term smokers. (NOTE: I am in no way saying younger people are less responsible or grown up, but this seems to be a common attitude.)

So a 22 - 35 group in the poll being the largest group could support opponents arguement that they are used mostly by "young" people, if in reality the majority of that group polled were actually over the age of 30.

Does that make sense?

I'm glad your younger age groups were split into smaller intervals. You're right. There is a big difference between early 20s and late 20s (for example).

Yeah, a 20 year old college student is going to have a completely different social life, responsibilities and spending habits than a 29 year old and especially a 35 year old! (Well, one would hope! LOL)

And I notice that there are none in the "below 18" bracket. When I was that young I thought I was immortal, invincible, and could "quit at any time". I also would have thought that the PV looked "dorky" and the cost would have been severely prohibitive. I'm not saying that any minor-age vapers out there are as dumb as I was, of course, just that I was one of the idiots.
