Need help adding nicotine to a 10ml bottle

I have 100%VG 100mg Nicotine

I also have a 10ml bottle of e-juice I made at 4mg for my girlfriend. Didn't think I would like the flavor but I do!! Now I want to make this 10ml bottle at least 16mg nicotine.

How much should I add??

No prob. Just make sure the 10ml bottle you are adding to is as close to 10mls as possible. 100mg base has almost zero wiggle room with calcs.

I always do this too. I just didn't know how to go about adding more nicotine after I've already mixed up a batch.

Remake that entire thing. Its a lot safer to just redo 10ml's then it is to try and scale it up and have an error in your math.

My thinking is always would I rather waste .40 cents of juice and do it right, or do I want to gamble and end up with a juice that is 62MG/ML.

Pour it out and start over be safe

If you have 10ml at 4mg and want 10ml at 16mg then why not just make another 10ml batch at 20 mg and combine the two which would give you 20ml at 16mg.

IMO evryone who DIYs ejuice really needs to learn how to use Ejuice me up or similiar calculator. As other posted 100mg Nic has to be handled with care and a posted typo could really cause a major mg error.

Remember adding base is going to dilute the flavor. My advice is remake the batch from scratch and use a calculator like ejuce me up.

After reading all these suggestions, I've decided to just remake the whole thing. She will want this lower nicotine batch anyway when she runs out. Thank you all for the advice!

And I do use the ejuice me up calculator. Seems to be the most user friendly one out there so far.

OK, I'm a DIY noob.
But
10 ml @ 4mg = 40 mg
add it to
10 ml @ 20 mg = 200 mg
and you'll have
20 ml with 240 mg in it, which = 12 mg/ml.

Right?

I like the approach, but you'd need to make 10 ml at 28 mg/ml to mix with 10 ml at 4 mg/ml and end up with 16 strength...

Yes 4 and 28 = 32 / 2 = 16
not 4 and 20 as I posted which is why I made the comment that each needs to do thier own math.
