Watts WAY too high. Drop it to 12. See what it says. And your batteries need to be charged

I’ve already cleaned it, and I tried running it at both 8 watts and 12 neither worked, just pops up “High Atomizer” again
I was just messing with the settings earlier to see if it would work if I put the watts super high lol, it didn’t tho. And I’ll charge em right now

You’re running 63.3w atm which is waaaaay too much for a 1.8ohm atty. that 12w mentioned earlier sounds like the ticket.
On the top right of the screen there are two readouts. One for ohms(with the little omega symbol) and one for volts. That it is reading zero ohms means that either the atty is not actually making contact with the mod or (less likely) that the resistance wire is broken
I again concur. You can easily melt a high ohm coil with a bunch of watts. High resistance coils are very thin. Even more so in those cartomizers

There’s a great section for beginning vapers I suggest you read before you go any further. Please don’t charge the batteries in the mod. That’s dangerous. There’s a wealth of knowledge here from people that know way more than me. But, for safety’s sake, I’d start with learning about the equipment and types before you go further.
It also may explain what high atomizer means. More commonly the reading is “no atomizer”. But the things are all Chinese and it could be an esl thing
I promise you everyone here wants you to be successful in moving to vaping, but we also want you to do it safely. He only gave you one coil?
You know wayyyy more than me. Could the contact be pushed down too far to make contact?
It’s hard to trouble shoot long distance. You’re being very patient. Could you take the tank off and take a picture of the hole the tank screws into?

Sometimes you can very very gently lift that little disc in the hole up a bit with a pin. If it’s pushed down to far, the tank can’t make contact, so the mod doesn’t know it’s there
