So my Magma rda will be in today and I've been looking around for something that will compliment it. I've looked at so many different mods I think I'm more lost than when I started thinking about it in the first place. I've been having trouble tasting any juice I vape for quite awhile now and seeing how I've tried every recommendation for vapors tongue I could find with no luck I'm hoping new gear will keep me vaping and away from tobacco products. I really wanted an authentic Hana Modz but that's getting a little pricey and there doesn't seem to be a big market for used ones. Also of course Provari entered my mind just not sure if I'll want to push it past what it's capable of.

I know this isn't very helpful in defining something I'm looking for, but hopefully yall can help me get excited about vaping again while I try and regain being able to taste whatever I vape as well.

Skip the provari, the magma will be DULL at best on one.

There are the Cloupor Hana clones if you want that style and capabilities. They have some unique quirks compared to the real deal, but given the difference in price it is more than a fair trade off.

P4Y has their new IPV series box mods coming out soon for sub 100 dollars if you dont want a clone. Available in 30 and 50w flavors. They use the SX series chips, which many regard as superior to DNA (authentic or not) chip sets.

If you dont have one yet, everybody should have at least one mech in their vaping arsenal.

Good to know MrPlink, I'll be checking those out! You may be suffering vaper's tongue, yeah I know you know. Your taste buds rejuvenate every 10-14 days and there's a reinervation period before the new one's start working, about 2-3 days. This will depend on what you put in your mouth. If you're eating extremely spicy foods or abrasive foods it may take longer to get your taste back up to par. Basically the best thing you can do for vapor's tongue is drink water or whatever your liquid is and avoid abrasive and spicy food as these can damage the new buds.

Do you have any sinus issues going on now txskimo? If so that could be a major factor in not getting any taste. I found this quote on the Mayo Clinic site, "Because our sense of smell plays a critical role in the appreciation of flavors, loss of our sense of smell frequently gives the perception that our sense of taste is lost or greatly diminished."
