Need help deciding on permanent vendor for Menthol E-Juice from $10-$15

Quit smoking about a month ago after 16 years of smoking menthol. I have a Volcano Inferno, and have only tried two flavors so far and both e-juice was sold from them. They are almost $21 with tax for a 30ml bottle. The menthol taste like crap like some kind of
burnt cheap tobacco with almost no menthol taste, but the menthol burst is good. One 30ml bottle lasts me a little over a week,
so i end up spending around $60-$80 a month, which is why I need some help finding a cheaper vendor.

Ive been monitoring the forums and looking at posts about menthol choices, and it seems like no matter which one I read, when someone responds, the responses seem like they come from vendors themselves, or the responses are all different.

Im looking for a more minty menthol flavor that comes in 30ml or more bottles for around $10 and maximum $15, and ships from the US with normal shipping costs.

So far, the only place I found was Smokeless Image and their sale price at the moment is $13.95 for a 30ml bottle which is not too bad. Total comes out to $30.72 with the $2.82 First Class Shipping. I read some reviews on their juice, but no one has commented
on their menthol. So far what I see is that they have Menthol Burst, and Ice Menthol.

I probably need almost 100ml a month. If smokeless image juice is good then 90ml a month would be $45, which is still better than $63 buying from Volcano, but still comes out to $15 per bottle. I am trying to find one that is good for around $10.

If anyone can recommend a minty menthol (not strong regular menthol) juice from a usa shipper, whos price can match or below this cost please respond as I need to cut down expenses. TYVM.

I would try Mt Baker Vapor. I just tried them for the first time, super cheap, decent quality and a few menthol flavors. The standard "Menthol" ...is what it states, I would avoid that one for you ( I can barely vape it its so strong). I will use it to add menthol flavor to other liquids.

Give em a try, they also threw in 15ml of a free liquid too.

Hello,

I did visit this site, but was confused about which pg/vg or whatever to choose. Don't really know about that stuff, and yes, reason why I strayed from buying from this site was because they had very few menthol's. I would not know which liquid to mix it with though.

With your price range in mind I'd suggest mt. Baker or madvapes. I haven't tried menthol from either but the prices are very low and the juices are ok. Regarding pg/vg: Pg is thinner, carries flavor better and adds some throat hit. Vg is thicker, creates more vapor, but doesn't carry flavor as well. Some people have bad reactions to pg but if you've been vaping volcano flavors with no problem then you're probably fine. I'd try a 50/50 mix to start with.

I also buy from them, and as mentioned the BakerVapor menthol is PURE menthol, no tobacco flavor, just a straight shot of coolness. I really didn't care for that either. However my wife had ordered some strawberry (extra flavor shots) from them and when mixed 2:1 (Straw:Menth) it turns out is very good. For me the problem with most "tobacco" flavors is that they will never taste like real tobacco being smoked. So for me the fruit flavors with some of the pure menthol added was the way to go. Oh and stay away from the watermelon. That tasted like smoking watermelon scented dawn dish soap...blech.

As far as the PG/VG mix ratio I use 65/35 but have no idea what other mixtures would be like.

Ty for the replies. Was living in Sac, but moved back to Hawaii, but yeah loved Sac.

So If I were to mix apple with that Mt baker harsh menthol, it would taste like menthol but sweeter? I'm not really into flavors at the moment, am just trying to stick to what makes me feel like im smoking a marlboro menthol lights type, but something a little more mintier. I tried mixing Volcano's menthol and menthol burst, and it came out okay, 50/50, but that's about all i've tried. I guess maybe i could try apple mixed with menthol, just dont want it to come out too apple flavorvy.

I'd like to try madvapes, but they been out of stock, and from the reviews they seem to be out of stock all the time.

I guess my first purchase online will be Mt Baker as others suggested. Has anyone tried green ice? Says its already mixed with cool menthol and apple. Extreme Ice looks good too. I Think ill stay away from the 555 menthol as I read bad reviews on the site.

My first mint/menthol was Peppermint Blast from HHV's but now I mainly order from Mt. Baker as the prices are great and the shipping is crazy fast. My main vape is their Vanilla Ice - I absolutely love it. I haven't tried the Extreme Ice juice but I bought the flavoring (you can buy the flavorings separately for most of their flavors) and I use it to tweak juice that needs a mint/menthol kick (like I love their Salt Water Taffy but will add a few drops to make it more of a peppermint taffy. I usually order 65 pg/35 vg as well.

Hope you find what you are looking for! :)

I started really vaping (I just can't count that prepackaged stuff I was getting at the gas station) a week ago yesterday. I was really stressed about the whole deal to be honest. So many stores but who to trust? So many options and I only half understood what anything was. In the end I braved up and almost at random picked Mt Baker. It must have been meant to be because I don't think I would have intentionally picked a shop all the way across the country. I got my starter set from them (in 2 days) and it came with a free bottle. I picked menthol because I was afraid that if I didn't have the flavor I was use to I would hate it (sort of like those dire little pre-fills I had tried) and bought a couple of other types I thought might be tasty.

The menthol was super strong when it arrived. And it was really just what I needed to get started. A bold flavor that has mellowed over the week with "steeping" and my getting use to it perhaps reminded me more of what menthol use to taste like to me than it did when I took my last puff off a cigarette. My suggestion is the smaller size to test and perhaps pick a couple of the other mint/menthol flavors.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned steeping to you yet. It really should be called "waiting impatiently for things to get right". And if your not aware of it when some new juices arrive your setting yourself up for failure. I was supper lucky that the menthol was vapable when it arrived because the others flavors I ordered are taking some time to "mature". I got one of the chocolates and it is just now losing the perfumy flavor and develop into chocolate. I suspect it will be at least another week or two before it is really good though. If something comes and seems just awful you may need to give it time age a bit. I placed another order (getting my son on board with this no smoking plan) and ordered some green apple. It was alright but seems to be improving with a couple of days on the shelf. On the other hand one called cinnamon roll was awesome from day 1 and I have ordered us more already. If it needs wait time depends on the type and complexity of the blend I have read.

Since I have the afore mentioned green apple and menthol I gave it a try.. I wouldn't say it is overly sweet by any stretch. To me the green apple is a good blend of that tart sweet you get with a real apple. As I move away from menthol (I don't need that flavor as a quitting crutch like I thought I would) and into other things I suspect I will use it to brighten up other flavors.

My brother uses mt baker and likes their juice, I use roarvapor and love the juice....I get my juice non menthol and add pure menthol to the juice till it tastes right. ....I smoked Marlboro menthol lights for a long time till I switched to pall mall a couple years ago. ....I didn't think I would like flavors either but its pretty nice actually. ...ive just been getting samples till I find the perfect all day vape....so far im leaning towards a pear/coconuts cream that is fantastic. ...
My advice, order samples from vendors till u find the right mix. Ive been analog free since March 23rd at 830 pm and sad I didn't find out about vaping sooner!

had to place an order quickly since it was friday and my juice is running low. ordered menthol, green ice, extreme ice, and green apple. 30ml of each cept for the apple was 15ml. 105ml for a little over $30 with priority shipping and a 15% discount code. afraid of that
old saying though that if its too good to be true it usually is. will leave a review whether it taste like crap or not. preciate the help
n explanations. i was also wondering about what steeping meant. I didnt know you should let this stuff age, which kinda sucks.
Whenever i picked up a bottle of volcano it usually always taste kinda the same, but now that you mention it, usually when my
bottle is running low, the vape is sweeter and a little better.

If you want to really save money you can do what I ended up doing, DIY.

The vendor I shop from sells high strength nic liquid, mixing liquid, menthol crystals, bottles and flavorings. A drop or two of spearmint or wintergreen sweeten straight menthol up quite a bit and if you mix it yourself you can make it as strong as you want. Average price for a 30ml bottle is about $3-4 if you divide cost for materials by how many bottles they make.

If you want more info PM me. I'll give you links and mixing instructions ;)

If you ordered from MtBaker and you like them and end up reordering in the future.. Well they are super fast shippers. My first order was placed late on the 9th and it arrived (cross country) on the 11th. Second order took a bit longer due to the weekend. They shipped it the 12th (placed it the 11th for my son) and it arrived on the 15th.

i got my order in the mail today. The menthol was pretty good. Way better than volcano's regular menthol. It genuinely was the closest thing to a menthol light cigarette. but it was stronger, but not in a bad way. i felt the kick right away and was impressed. however the rest of the stuff i got I didnt like at all. Everything I ordered was 50/50 18mg.

Extreme Ice: Literally had no kick and very weak. It was like i was smoking nothing and had taste of a cert lingering briefly. No menthol
taste at all.

Green Apple: Tasted just like I ate some apple, with a medium, but still weak kick.

Green Ice: Tasted just like green apple, cept it was a just little stronger and had a very slight hint of menthol.

Flavors are not my thing, and had the feeling it wouldnt be as im a recent ex menthol smoker and just wanted a substitute. They gave me a free 15ml of green tea and i didnt try it, and dont rlly want to. At some points i almost gagged trying these.

At least i found my menthol that I needed at such a cheap cost. This will be my new vendor for menthol. i rlly appreciate the steer and help as now i can save money.

If you end up deciding that it's not the flavor for you, you might want to check out P-38 from Aroma E-Juice. It's more expensive than anything else suggested or what you ended up going with, but it has two things going for it. It's a WTA juice, (which should help you vape less often and have fewer cravings) and it has a menthol/mint/tobacco combination. I hate menthol vapes and I actually like this one. I originally bought it for my cousin and I decided to try it. I don't really care for it straight (not a menthol lover, too strong for me) but added to some of my tobacco vapes gave them a nice touch of coolness. Just something to keep in mind for later.
