I like Volcanoecigs Acrylic Swirl drip tips, they fit perfect. A little pricey, but I can drive to the mall and pick them up.
Most of my 510 tips are to large also, but you can force them in and a little twist seems to help.
If you do use the larger tips, the tubes will eventually stretch.
Another option is to flip the outer tube as it seems to have already stretched a little from the base.

I found using 510 drip tips that were too large caused the plastic to stretch too much and broke the vacuum seal, and caused the CE3 to leak. I went back to using the supplied rubber tip. But yesterday, I got out an acrylic drip tip, removed the rubber o-ring, and it fit perfectly and caused no problems.
