Hi Mizz and welcome to ECF! I don't know what model a Luci e-cig is, but a lot of times an atomizer just needs a day or so to break in good. Just give it some time to see if that's the case. Atomizers don't normally need to be cleaned on day 1. You can read a lot of info here about various ways to clean (or not!) Also remember, drawing on an e-cig is not like on a regular cig. Long, slow drags to heat up the atty good is what generally works best.

Good luck! There's lots of good info here but if you have any questions feel free to ask. Lots of good people around to help.

the luci and the blu are almost identical - i use the blu and i couldnt get any vapor form the thing for the first few days

usually the attes just need a bit of use to break it in... also they luci carts dont hold a whole lot of liquid so they dont last long - i recommend buying some juice and dripping - it changed my blu completely (about 200% more vapor)

so no u dont need to clean the atty - just keep using it for the day or so, and the vapor will increase

take slower steady hits so the atomizer can warm up and start to work - and get some good juice to use and refil ur carts with (way cheaper this way too)
