So I started building and I'm hooked. I'm about to get some VTC5's and a Stingray and get in on this cloud chasing business. I know opinions on rda are subjective but if you're a fellow cloud chaser, I'd like to hear what your favorite atty is. Flavor isn't of importance. I have a Nimbus clone right now with drilled out air holes and its great but I want to try some new ones. I've pretty much decided I'm going to buy a Tobh V2 1:1. The posts look like they have plenty of space but I'm not sure if its enough space for the build I'm planning on doing.

I'm planning on getting some 24 gauge, possibly 22, and I'll be building dual coils, so I'll need plenty of room in those posts. Two others I've been considering are the Quasar and the Magma. I've heard great things about both but not sure about either. The quasar looks awesome but I've heard you drip through the tip rather than taking off the cap. The posts look small and I'm not sure how great the airflow is.

The two big things I'm looking for are lots of airflow and good posts with plenty of space. A larger juice reservoir is always favored but not a deciding factor. Thanks

Plume veil, just received mine a day ago and it has dethroned my originv2 as my favorite rda. Open air flow is about the same as a tobh or omega, but the versatility is off the hook, two 1/16 bottom fed, dual or single 1/4, plus two 1/16 adjustable holes that reduce the chamber when open.
Sturdy post holes will accommodate twisted 24, possibly 22, and there is a milled juice well. It is great.
Behind that I would say the origin v2.

I'll second the Plume Veil. It is an awesome RDA! Airflow galore. Super easy to build on with dual positive post and holes in the posts for mounting. The only drawbacks are the busy logo and possibly a shallow juice well. It holds plenty for me but might not for others.

Oh, and the only way I've ever dripped is directly into the drip tip. I couldn't see removing the top every time I wanted to re-wet the wicks. Seems that it could be quite messy.

I really love my Tobh.... favorite dripper as of late. Good flavor and awesome vapor... can really chuck clouds if you're into that. I too really love being able to pop the top off and drip directly onto the coils and tell how dry my well is. Wish more attys had this feature.

I also have a Plume Veil on order and a new Magma so we'll see where everything ranks after.... i'm a flavor junkie so i'm really looking forward to the Magma.

Glad to hear that snow blind. I'm going to use my Tobh as my cloud build and really leaning towards the Magma for my daily vape. The fact that the Tobh can handle a dual 22/24 gauge is a selling point on its own. The removable cap is a huge plus too. I don't know how many people use quad coils but if anyone has a 4 or 5 post atty they really like, let me know.

I'm planning on building some 22 gauge duals in the .15-.2 ohm range and I'm going to need the maximum airflow. I don't want to have to drill out any holes. I want to know which atty has insanely airy draws at its max. Looks like the plume veil has air holes on all 4 sides? Not to mention posts that can fit 4 strands of 22. I'll most likely go with that but if anyone else is aware of some really airy RDAs let me know

I recently pulled out my omega clone, and I forgot how much I really liked this rda. It's super airy, and I'm using a .28 ohm build in it right now. I don't normally go this low, but i'm feeling cloudy tonight. You can get these for like 20 bucks now days.

Other than that, I would suggest a magma for flavor, clouds and easy to build on. Mephisto for clouds and stupid builds (twisted 22gauge kanthal). Plume Veil, or even wait a week for the next big rda to come out.

I'm seriously feeling like RDAs are as bad as Computers are. Buy a brand new state of the art computer and three days after it arrives there's a new thing out.

Newport thanks for the link. That looks pretty wicked. I like the drill hole mods as well. I could drill my own holes if necessary, but I want to avoid doing so. I don't trust myself to make a clean, mark-free hole in my atty.

That kind of thing is really what I'm looking for. An atty with either a couple huge airholes, or a bunch scattered throughout.
