need help with .35ohm cloud build

.35 is about 50 watts in a mech for fresh batteries. Hey is your wattage limited too?
You could try this
24 twisted
OR my personal preference for clouds, I would do a diagonal macro coil, do a "ribbon wick": trim into triangles and leave the big chunk on top. If duals, use only one piece for both coils, linking it in the middle, add some cotton to make a mini reservoir.

Dual 4mm 22g KAI 10/9 wrap. Preheat your coils as you are walking to the stage in order to reduce the heat capacity of KA1. Practice the timing of your preheat so that when you take your comp pull, vapor is produced immediately upon firing.
i suppose you could also stretch the wire, if you stretched it enough if atall then you would get more wick coverage. i stretch 22g with a wire vice and pliers 
i do it to straighten wire and i noticed that it makes it thin out a little, wether its enough to make a difference i dunno
