I just read (and I quote) "A little EM is in the range of a drop per 3ml to 6ml." I tried to sweeten up a second batch of blackberry crumble that I made a little stronger on all fronts. I put 12 drops of EM in a 10ml batch, and now I can't taste anything in the mix very much. Does too much EM deaden the flavor? I now know I put way too much in. I only wanted to sweeten it a little, I really liked my first batch. I had put 5 drops of EM in 5ml but wasn't sure I could taste any EM at all.
I know this sounds confusing...It's because I am confused! I pretty new to this. Any help would be great!
