Need Help with my kayfun v4

I paid 180 bucks for a piece of little ....ing metal everything should be buttery ....in smooth, the ....in incredible hulk himself couldnt loosen the base of this .......n deck. Ive been trying for almost 2 hours now and nothing is working please help. It is authentic from svoemesto

Look for the little nut on the top portion. You need to unscrew that.

Oh, I'm sorry. I was having trouble with the middle 3 peices when I first got mine. I was hoping you were having the same problem.

Good to hear man. I was genuinely sad for you. When I got mine and did not know about the nut, it was an awfully frustrating feeling. Happy you got it to work.

the trick is putting something like screwdriver into the air hole and holding it tight. look at the picture attached to this message.

Now that you posted that, I remember Pbusardo's review video tells us to do exactly that.

Not sure what was the issue and glad you have resolved it.
First unscrew C26 from A5 while it's in open position (you can use a little screwdriver to hold the ring, as suggested above). Once C26 is removed start turning A5 in opposite, closing direction until A8 come out. Don't lose the little spring. To take A5 off the base A3 you need to unscrew A1, take out A10 and A11 and then unscrew A9.

Thin strips of duct tape wrapped around the two parts makes it easy to unscrew Kayfun parts that are stuck. On the K4 you do have to back off the air ring to accomplish that. I've found that rubber jar opener pads work great for breaking apart tank sections. I got my pack of 4 at Dollar Tree and use them frequently for stubborn parts.
