so..my friend gave me a vape I live by myself but the cape store is too far away and I don’t have a charger how do I charge it?

You need a charger or you can't charge your batteries.
Use your friends charger or get yourself one suitable for your device.
    What are you using?
Welcome to ECF by the way:thumbs:

Depends really heavily on make and model. They’re all different. Some have replaceable batteries, some have charge ports, some are charged from the 510 connector.

Post a pic and we might be able to identify it.

so that you don't have any charging issues, i suggest buying the charger directly from the vape's manufacturer. determine who makes the vape and then either visit their website or call them to order the charger made specifically for the vape that you're using.
This is particularly important if the battery unit charges from the 510 port. Less so if there is a charge port or it uses removable batteries.

In agreement with @BrotherBob nation of origin and occasionally national subsection depending on nation can help a lot with figuring out what accessibility and leagal limitations might apply in your situation. More specific info is generally not useful for that.

Also the photo of the device. With that we can determine what the method of charging actually is which simplifies things immensely.

It's always so frustrating when a new member asks a question and then doesn't hang around or return for an answer.
Might have to wait a few days. This is an unusually active forum. Dude may be assuming there aren’t any answers even up yet, or they lost the thing and don’t care anymore, or the donor gave them a functional charger and they don’t care anymore or “look shiney thing!” and they forgot or any number of things.

    It is annoying though.

    Another day, another drive by.

Consider the content. " I live by myself " possibly trying to send the message they are old enough to do so, and so, be a member of this site.
Then the question. I have a dead battery, I don't have a charger, how do I charge it?
Uhmm, you charge a battery with a battery charger...

I have shoes but no laces, how do I tie them...
