so I bought a new vape at Kdays yesterday and come home to charge it and it didn’t even charge I need help how to fix it

Without knowing specifically which vape setup you purchased, did you "turn on" your battery device? With most battery devices, either 3 or 5 quick button clicks will turn on the device.
How did you attempt to recharge the battery device? Don't attempt to recharge via a laptop or desktop computer's micro USB port. A dedicated wall wort should be used.
Did you ask the vendor for help who you purchased your device from?
