TH is a rather nebulous throat irritation effect. In the extreme, the throat becomes sore and very dry. In lower levels, it is just a sensation in the back of the throat. More PG, less VG will increase TH since PG dries, while VG more moistens. My juices are VG DIY, thinned with a little water. TH for ME is from more nic, although some flavors can give one too. Capella French Toast, for whatever reason, gives a good TH. Probably something in the flavoring not particularly good for me or my lungs.
Heat will also increase TH. Vape and 5V the same atty/carto you use on 3.7V and you'll get a big TH increase with the same
juice.
After a few hits, the throat becomes used to the vapor, and generally this means TH will vanish to a good extent. My experience is this is true even at 36 mg. The effect from more heat lasts a bit longer, as this is a thermal TH rather than chemical, but even that will diminish after a while.
My point is there is no
juice that I know of that will sustain a TH for every hit if you are
vaping heavily. Usually just putting the PV down for a bit will bring TH back when you hit again.
