Noob here. Comin' up on 12 days tomorrow.

Using a KR808D1 ( Halo G6 ) and vapin 18ml/mg nic Bella Valente and Prime 15 ( Mostly Prime 15 ) and pretty happy so far.

I need more TH without increasing the nic level. Don't want to change current hardware or juice.
batteries are the 78mm 280 mAh auto. If I switch to LR cartos (Low Resistance 2.0-2.2ohm) will I get more vape and better TH?

Throat hit is mainly due to two things: nicotine strength and warmth of the vapor. More consistent and warmer vapor is best achieved with better batteries, especially with 5 volt and variable volt models.

Since you don't want to adjust in these two areas, the only option left is dual coil or LR cartos. The problem is the LR's tend to degrade more quickly and both of these options will eat up your battery charge much more quickly. Since you already have a mini battery model, you will be changing batteries quite often.

These are really your only three options. Additives to eliquid just don't work. Some will provide throat irritation and burning but not true good throat hit.

Thanks. As it stands now... I get 3-4 hours from one battery and I have 2. Charging is not an issue. Maybe I should pick up a pass through but the reason I don't want to change hardware is I've already spent what I would have for one month on analogs. I have 120 ml of juice and I'm hoping to get a week out of each carto. It's a trade off I guess, the LR's degrade quicker so I'll go through more cartos and I'll have to charge more often but I'll get better TH and more vape huh? I'm pretty sure I can use LR's on these batteries.

I don't work for CCV. It's just the first carto I've seen that gives a good hit, holds a decent bit of juice and fits in a tight budget. I'm not alone. I was talking to CCV on the phone the other day(about an issue with an E Power) and mentioned that I liked the resurrector. He said he sold 10,000 of them last month.

I'm not alone.

Well, to be fair, the OP said he didn't want a different pv and he didn't want higher nicotine.

He might get that with LR cartos but I'd hate to suggest that if it would fry his batteries. I'd check first.

Ikenvape has outstanding cartomizers for KR808's, even XL KR808 cartos and his site should be back up very soon.

Before you get LR cartos, check with Halo see if they're compatible with your battery.

I have a 510 mini and only use SR cartos with it. One of the reasons why I usually use my ego.

I should have researched more before jumping in to this. Then again, I had no idea I would want more TH 'till trying it out.
I'll check with Halo and if they are compatible try 'em out. Eventually, but not any time soon I'll upgrade to a 510 but I'm doing this to save money as well as improve my health so I'll stick with what I have for now.

If you don't want to change your nic level, hardware or juice than there is no way to get more TH. Nicotine IS TH. VG dulls it. Heat enhances it.

Are you using manual batteries? Manuals let you get a better hit.

The V4L WOW cartos may be a bit hotter (especially at the lips since they are not horizontal coils - use a plastic or delrin drip tip as mouthpiece). And that's as low resistance as you should go on slim ecigs - about 2.5 ohms.

You can get fake TH by adding Qhit or the hit stuff Vapornine has or the capsacin hot pepper liquid Totally Wicked has (extremely strong like 1/2 drop could be too much) or black pepper juice.

3 - 4 hours on that size battery equates to a light to moderate vapor. The dual coils will cut your battery charge in half. The LR's probably by a quarter to half. You are right, it is a trade off. They will also degrade the battery longevity so you will be buying more batteries which with those batteries have about a 150 recharge life. One of the nice things about non-proprietary batteries used in models like the E-Power or GLV2 is they have a recharge life about 1000.

If you get a pass through, a word of advice. Don't plug it into your computer. There have been many posts of damaged computers due to the current pull on the mother board. Plus, you will not be getting true 5 volt vaping plugged into a computer. You will need to get a 5 volt/2 amp USB to AC adapter so you can plug your PT directly into house current.

I'm sure they'll let you know if you ask, they're an excellent company.

You may need to jump up in nicotine until you're completely off the cigs and don't have any more cravings. My mom vaped 36 for a few weeks until she was completely off the cigs and then easily dropped down to 18 then 12 and now she vapes 6mg.

Sometimes you need that when you first start, but you don't have to stay on it long.
