The Vamo using an 18350 battery is the same height as the regular sized provari.
In 18650 mode the Vamo looks like a baton in my opinion. I don't like it at all.

I like my provari mini in 18350 mode with a vivi nova tank.
Thats as tall as I'm willing to go. I have the hands of a 10 year old girl.

I mean if your not as small as me and your nearing 5'7-8-9 and you have NORMAL hands I'm sure the Vamo would be nice. If I had the body of a grown adult male I'd get a bombshell stinger. Those look awesome and the battery life is 2.5 to 3 days. I'm still pretty set on the silver bullet but I think instead of buying right now I'm going to wait it out until I've got my PP paid out.

It can sometimes take my uninterrupted mind 3 quarters of a day to persuade myself into actually buying a mod, or not. Or it can take multiple days of thought, or weeks honestly. I think for now I am going to wait, save up, think it out some more and I may eventually go for the silver bullet.

For right now, I am not interested in the Vamo or the Zmax... Or even the new smoking anywhere VW mod that just came out (you can see it on PBusardo's website, tasteyourjuice.com) For whatever reason, I am really dead set on getting a kick with either a SB, a Legacy, or a Bombshell Stinger. They each have their persuading points. I have ALWAYS wanted to press the Silver Bullet's button. lol. I bought a Bolt and I STILL want a SB, the Bolt isn't satisfying my craving for being able to press that damn SB button. I can just feel how springy it is. And then the Stinger, well, it has a HUGE battery and amazing bat life... But it seems too big for me. From videos I've noticed that it does look like it has a small taper where your hand contours around it... Still, seems too big for me.

But right now those are what I'm looking at for variable wattage.

Isn't there a shorter Zmax Tube coming out?

I want to keep it on the cheap that's why I'm thinking mechanical with kick.

But if I can get a Vamo for ~$45 who knows? I want it short.

I'm 6'5" and like to keep a shorter setup I can keep in my Anchor Blues pocket.

If I was looking at anything nearing $100 I would just get a Provari; it really is that easy of a choice.

My original thinking was to get a short tube, 18350, and just kick it if possible.

I want to keep the Volts hovering around 3.7 all the time. I have a few OEM eGo 900s and they are fine after I take them off the charger. But after an hour of two of vaping the power decreases and it seems the eGo doesn't do the trick. I imagine when that happens the eGo is firing at less than 3.5V!

So what ends up happening is always have one eGo charging to make sure one of my batts is topped off.

I never ever use an eGo until it runs out of juice.

So wait all you have are unregulated eGos? You don't have a variable voltage device yet?
And do you use all the same ohm cartomizers/heads? If soooooo...
I highly recommend, if you want to stay cheap and small, get a pair of eGo VV batteries. Thats all!

They are $20. I recommend the 400mah batteries because they are a realllly nice length with clearos.
You can keep them at 3.7 volts or tune it up a bit if your clearo coils flood.
I use my eGo spinner (vision brand) and my provari more than any other mods, with vivi novas.

eGo spinners win the game. I promise, you can't go wrong with a pair. i wish I had 2.
I probably wouldn't of even bought my provari if I had tried eGo spinners first. They rock.
But I do love my provari and now that I'm in the big mod game I might as well stick with em :p
I do like collecting. I just dont have the funds.

I have the Bombshell Stinger, its great. Also have a BAM, it is great and you can use an 18500 kicked, an 18650 unkicked, 26500 kicked, or a 26650 unkicked. If you are married to an 18500, the Legacy is great, plus you can get the extension tube and kick an 18650. The P+ 18650 is good, but pricey for a mechanical 18650 tube mod.

I'm about ready to make the plunge on a brand new Silver Bullet with Kick.
Unfortunately the Kick JUST sold out at Altsmoke (probably because of this thread lol)
So I'll have to buy it elseware from my secret shop :p But yeah, the SB kicked is a great mod.

As far as CHEAP? The only way kicking a mod is cheaper than buying a VW mod is if u already have the mod.
Otherwise your spending $50 on a kick and $100+ on a mod.

The reason I'm getting a SB with Kick instead of spending 50-90 bucks on a Vamo or Zmax?
Simply because I've wanted a Silver Bullet from week 1 of vaping many many years ago.
I got a Bolt and felt totally happy with the Bolt. Felt like I had beat the system...
But for whatever reason the Bolt just doesn't satisfy me like having that SB would.

Its like that green skateboard you wanted as a kid and never got...
Now that your 34 with kids of your own, and a job @ the office... You see it at Goodwill.
$150 bucks is a lot for a little green skateboard but you buy it because youve always wanted it.

If your not chained up by mods that fill you with a sense of nostalgia, go for the Vamo/Zmax.
