I just wanted you guy personal opinion on which type a switch you prefer . Based on look and actuator feel .

The first switch is a raised super smooth and clicky switch like the one on my str8tek mod below (white switch)

The second switch is a flush actuator and depresses into the switch housing smoothly . Would the flush and recessed when pushed feel be ok to you ? Button type shown below

This is not a actual comparison to those two exact switches brands or amp wise . Just comparison on switch/actuator type by feel on the finger and looks.Let me know what you think .

Basically the way i see it is theres a trade off . Switch one has a amazing unbeatable feel, smoothness and looks nice but is not the best for a pocket . Switch 2 looks nice as well but feel lacks since the actuator recesses and kinda leaves the circular indent on your finger but it will not fire in your pocket .

Switch one can be used with a master switch to remove the trade off however with switch two theres no making up the lack of feel . I personally would go with switch one but say you had the choice to use either one on my str8tek mod above which would YOU go with ?

Personally, my ideal would be a combo of the two: pocket-friendly and somewhat lower-profile, but one that's "clicky" enough you know it is activated by feel. Between those two switches, specifically, I'd choose the first one, even though I prefer the visual aesthetics of the second (although in the case of the Str8tek, I think the button you chose really suits the look of the mod well)
