So, I've been making my own liquid for a long time and have learned pretty well how to handle most flavors I come across. I'm also a baker and a cook, so mostly it comes pretty second nature to me. This is the first time in a long while I've gotten a flavor that I have no idea how to handle, as it's becoming abundantly clear.
I guess the basic question is, if anyone uses this with any regularity, how do you tend to use it? I love me some (actual) Greek yogurt with honey and granola and am working on a juice that reflects that kind of taste. I'm getting a lot closer but there seems to be a really fine line between this flavoring being overwhelming and sour-tasting or getting pretty lost in the folds.
I do have some juice steeping that is tasting pretty well after a couple of days, but it definitely needs more time and I still don't think it's quite right.
Anything you might know that would be helpful for getting this to blend better would be super appreciated. I have a lot of tricks up my sleeve for juice making and none of them are working. I'm getting close to calling it a loss!
TIA.
