Hey everyone,
I've been using a taifun gt for almost a year now and i've mostly been happy with it. It's about time for a replacement but i'm not sure what to get. I have a kayfun lite plus but i hate it. I'm not sure if it's defective, or if I just never figured out how to build on it, but it is plagued with leaks and dry hits to the point where I never pick it up anymore. I know there has been several new things released since the last time I did much research. So, what should I get? Do I get another taifun? Is there something out there that I might like more? I like the fact that I can mess with the coil and wick without dumping the juice in the taifun. I'm more about flavor than vapor production but I like to blow clouds every now and then.
Thanks in advance for your help.

The Ubertoot and Hurricane are similar to the Taifun, but both are pricey.

I like my eXpromizer, which is like a cross between a kayfun and taifun. They are about $70, and have glass tanks now as an optional accessory.

If you're looking at a clone, the obvious one is the Taifun GT II. You might also like a Rose v2. Or an EHPro Squape Reloaded. The Aqua v2 is also a nice atty that can be built single or dual.

I've gotten a few affordable authentics lately, but none that fill like my above suggestions. I really like my HCigar HC Plus a lot. The UD Aga t5 is $9.40 from Triangle Vape and its top fill, though via a little grub screw. I don't use the grub screw. I carefully hold the glass tube in place and fill through the top, screw the top cap back on, and flip it during the last half turn, then open the airholes while its inverted. Its an easy build and nice vape. The Focloud, available at Vapordna can be single or dual and you fill through the bottom of the chimney. If you want that, I can give you a $10 coupon code if you spend at least $35, so that would make your order $25. All 3 of those are nice tanks that aren't clones.

I'm fine with a clone. I don't know much about any of the options you suggested, so I'll have to do some research. I usually only run single coils in my tanks. I save the fancy coils for my drippers. I'd prefer something that's easy to fill with no tools required. I want something that doesn't require much fiddling. I work a lot of hours, I'm in school full time, and I have 3 kids (the oldest just turned 3) so I don't have much time to mess with it. With that in mind, which options should I look into more?

I'll check them out thanks. I heard about the expromiser back before it came out and it seemed interesting. How do you like it?

Actually, I like it a lot. I like it better than either the Taifun or Kayfun, neither of which I have anymore. It has large juice slots, and is a moist, juicy vape. It fills the same as the Taifun. The flavor is very good. It is big like the Taifun; 23mm and tall. You can get brushed or polished finishes.

Vapinart here in the US has them. Or you can order from eXvape in Germany to have more options, and can get accessories. Several tank options and colors. Add a couple extra springs while you're there just in case. Shipping is inexpensive, and takes about 6 days.

I have a lot of RTAs, but for me its a keeper :). I like the flavor, convenient build and filling, and ability to change the look whenever I feel like it :)

It builds like a kayfun right? juice channels down the side? Like I said originally I have a kayfun lite plus and it's never worked for me. Could be a defective clone but I could never get it right. It leaks like crazy and I get constant dry hits. I'm a little concerned that it's my builds and not the atty, and that I might have the same issues with the expromizer.
