Hi everyone, my first post on here because I need some help.
Bought a new kit called the Forza VT60. I'm from the UK. It goes up to 75w, and basically it's giving me a burnt taste, which is really bad. I have got it on 8w right now and that's just bearable. If I start putting it higher it just burns my throat and hurts pretty bad.

So basically there are different modes in the kit. I thinks one is called bypass and a temperature control mode. I just have it on the normal power mode and the info on the screen, are as follows.

8.0W
2.42V
Coil- 0.73- I thinks that's the ohms

I apologise for not knowing much about these kits, probably why it's not working correctly.

The liquid I'm using is 1.8% nicotine 50/50 iced orange.

So if anyone can help at all with a quickish response that would be great.

Also if any needs any more information from me about this. Please ask.

Thanks!

Once a wick dry hits it's game over for the most part. A wick that's too loose and doesn't fill the coil will develop hot spots. Sometimes the wick fills the coil, but begins to sag once it's heated and broken in. You can have a turn in the coil or a leg glowing red and creating that terrible taste.

.73 ohms isn't that radical, but coil diameter plays into coil resistance. The more turns in a coil the more juice is atomized over a longer section of wick. For a .73 coil I'd want 7 to 10 turns or so and that means a coil that's 2mm - 2.5mm with stainless wire. That same coil with Kanthal would be in the 1.5 to 2 ohm range.
