2 vision nano clearomizers i recently purchased have already failed after just a couple days. the first one worked great first day or so,but when i refilled it on the second day it started pouring juice out of the bottom. so i set it aside and filled the second (still new in package) it leaked right away. thing is i love the way they vape! am i doing something wrong,or just get 2 bad ones? i have other clearomizers , im fairly new to this but i did look up how to fill a clearomizer as they have no documentation with them, as is the case with a lot of this stuff. am still trying to use them, they leak off and on, big pia.contacted vendor not getting much help there. also ordered 2 more of them from same vendor as i said i like the way they work except for the leak.hope thats not a mistake. appreciate y'alls thoughts/help with em.

well 4 out of 4 of em leaked. dissected 1 of em to try to figure out why. the bottom post that makes contact with the battery is the issue. seems they ran the wire that goes to the coil between that post and the gasket/o ring that it is supposed to seal on. took 1 of the remaining ones and pulled that post out, put some o ring lube on it and put it back in with the wire running inside the post. also added some o ring lube to the 2 o rings at the top, one is on the center post the other on the mouth piece.
it will drip a little when first filled then seals off and quits. i love the way they vape, but will not buy any more of them as i don't think i should have to work on something out of the box to make it work properly.

I would send them back rather than just toss them like others have done. While the mechanicals may be a little tricky, this isn't rocket science. What did the designers at this company do? Just give up and say "Oh well, it leaks but that's about as good as can get it." Don't let these guys off the hook, even if you lose half your money or more on return shipping.

And, be sure to post your experience elsewhere on the forum as appropriate.

Are you over filling them? You don't want the juice, when held upright, to be above the top mark on the tank which is usually right at the bottom of the holes in the post where the wick goes in. It's not hard to put too much juice in them, I did it several times when I started vaping, trying to get more vape time from each refill.

Sorry, I was thinking of the top coil vision clearomizers

Maybe some connection is loose? I think bottom coils rely on a vacuum effect to avoid leakage.

nope not over filling, filled about 3/4's full , paying close attention not to get any in fill tube. since i overhauled them not near as much leakage. not going to toss em , if i get too aggravated ill make firecrackers or somethin out of em. going to try and work out something with vendor on a return, dont think its an option though, shipping wise and i been fiddlin wit em.

I had to jump on this thread. I have used Vision Nano Clearomizers before and I have never had a good experience. I haven't had any issues with leaking. The problem I experienced was the plastic, foul taste described by @klynnn. Many bottom coil clearomizers will deliver a fresh taste if you take a few sharp drags on the clearomizer before applying battery power (using the airflow to "force" wick the e-liquid). The only way I got a clean flavor out of the Vision Nano was to BLOW into the clearomizer. Just once and only until I saw a bubble pop out of the wicking hole. Still a lot of hassle to get the e-liquid flowing. The vapor production and flavor are still not exemplary but it allowed me to at least use the product until I got something of higher quality and required less silliness.

Love it :thumb: vaping seems to turn into more of a hobby the more I vape... making your own passthru is cool. Sounds like you'll be making your own battery mods soon!

As for the nano's, I've been using the CE5 clearos - which I think - is pretty much the same as the nano but a little larger. I've had no leaking issues, no plastic / burnt taste and no wicking issues. Good vapor, nice flavor - I'm guess I'm one of the lucky ones.
