Need some help with my GGTS and 510 atty

Hey guys,got my GGTS couple of weeks ago but i got some question to ask.

My setup,3.7v cr123a,510 atty.

1.For me to vape,i need to bend the atty a little bit to make contact(to produce the vape.).is this normal ? why i couldnt get any vape when it straight ?
2.I bought 510 atty from e-cigz.co.uk.but theres no wick inside(sponge,the white colour thingy for us to drop the flavour)so i put some cotton inside.But i hardly taste the flavour.hmmm.pls help me if u guys know any substitute that i can use instead of cotton.

Can you post a picture? Also have you tried just dripping juice onto the atty instead of the cart?

Whichever way you do it, you shouldn't have to bend anything.

Its not a GGTS issue as I see it ammar. If atomizer screws on GGTS connector we have the one connection ready. Then the center pole of GGTS makes contact either. So its an atomizer issue.

This is not normal. Sounds like a bad atomizer

You didn't get cartridges. I wouldn't use cotton if that is what you really are using. I would find some polyfill or purchase some actual 510 cartridges. The atty came with a blank cartridge, hence no filler to hold e-liquid. Some use the bluefoam or filter material for fish tanks. I don't like either. I use a drip tip if not using a UFS/AVS or what not with my GGTS.

Hi.
Thats definately an atomizer issue you have there.

Whe you buy 510's you wont get any filler in the cart they are just blanks for protection in transit.
You would need to use some blue foam or get some Fluval filter (its what they use in fish tanks about £3-£4 for a small box)
Cotton wool will basorb but it will not wick as it will not release the ejuice fast enough hence no vapor or flavor.

Atomizers are massed produced and it inevitable you will get some that are not seated right hence being having to straighten it up before you vape.
My i suggest you replace the atomizer with another and use a drip tip and drip as the old foam caps are not ideal.

Go to a craft store that sells fabric and supplies, what a lot of people use is something called poly-fill, it is the same thing that people use to stuff pillows or stuffed animals. In regards to bending the atty, I am having a really hard time imagining what you are talking about so I think we would need to see a picture.

Im sorry for late reply,i was back in my country for my sister wedding.So im here again.

But im here to show u how i install my GG,since i try every way,still i always make the gg flood,so i think there must something wrong with my installation.Last time i need bend my atty a little bit because i didnt put item 2 and 5.But now,i still think that my installation is wrong.Pls help me..thanks

undo the 2 sections of the telescope and push the pin down gently,then screw your atty on until its tight and doesnt wobble, then tighten the GG up again so battery makes contact and you should be good to go , hope this helps

Hi Ammar.
Your using the rethreader this is not needed with a standard 510 just screw the 510 straight into the GG and i think you'll have a fully working unit

Oh and as eye said connect your atty before tightening up the battery that way it will all seat well

I supposed item no 2 is the 901 atty rethreaders right ? im using 501,and it should be can fit in straight away.Do u mean collection tank center post ? thanks

Yes that it the center post is a 510 connection and your atomizer will fit straight into that no need for the adapters unles your connecting an iatty or a 901.
Connect the atomizer before tightening up the main body though

Hi amar my friend.

Ok, to see what is happening, keep plastic with left hand and push or pull a little the center pin. It moves up and down. So:

1. screw again the plastic into its place.
2. Pull the pin only a little back.
3. Put atomizer
4. Screw all pieces together again and vape

Hi.Amar as Imeo says do it like that i was referring to the separate 901-510 and the 901 rethreader

Make sure your center pin sticks out a little connect your atty and then tighten it all up like these photos
