How good does it need to be? (Depending upon final size and usage)
Also keep in mind, that metallics reflect light and faking that with paint won't work right. Can it be painted with metallic paint or printed using metallic ink? Then the reflective properties would be correct.

lol yeah I cant spell it..know it's the medical symbol..also the staff that the god mercury used to carry..etc...still cant spell it
Even more so is the fact that one of the snakes is real. They filmed the photo shoot with one of the snakes crawling over him.Thats awesome!
It was a guerrilla marketing thing they did this year. It started with a sketch of a caduceus with a cane replacing the staff - Snakes on a Cane - which Hugh Laurie had drawn. Then posters with the date of the season opening. Then showing his face and culminating with this.
