Why do you recommend this battery? Does it meet Evolv's specs? 2200 mah is a decent chunk of life. That battery looks like the one I'd like to go with too...

I recommended it to the OP because it's basically the same battery with more life and for less than half the price. But in general these types of LiPos are great for ecig use as long as you are willing to accept the safety factor.

That battery would handle vaping better than any round cell in existence. There are 2 problems you have to deal with though:
1) the tabs are aluminum. You need special flux and solder to make connections to those. regular lead solder and rosin flux will not work.
2) the battery physical size is huge: 97 x 34 x 8mm

As noted, that battery is referenced because it is similar to the one the OP posted. From what I am reading the tabs are nickel plated(?) and can be soldered with regular solder and flux.
