Thanks in advance!
So....
I've ran njoy Pro, not bad but nothing compared to an cancer stick...
I've used disposables, Smokers 1st Choice, better than Njoy
I am running NLA, MUCH BETTER, much easier hit! But bought at shop cheap, their site is over priced...

I did smoke 1+ pack of camel wides a day, the NLA helps, cuts down to >5 on average.

It's time to upgrade as the NLA looks like a. 80's 2dr masda...

I am considering the Joye 510 or the DSE-900.

Both have good reviews in the poll I found in here, both are styling black. I go back to campus soon & want that joe cool look as well as high performance. I am only use to a carto, but willing to try an addy & cart if is cost effective....

I shall place my order in an hour, any input. PLZ dont recommend something you do not own yourself.

Also a good place to buy would be nice...

Also I was thinking maybe the T-rex, but cant find no reviews...

ok!

Between those two, I would definitely choose the 510...but I would recommend that you try a slightly larger battery so that you aren't constantly having to swap and can enjoy a more consistent vape. I *highly* recommend the 1000mAH eGo-T battery with USB passthru because it allows you to re-charge the battery without removing the atomizer. Because it charges via USB, you don't really need a whole kit and can save your money to try out various atomizers and cartomizers---the SmokeTech DualCoil cartomizers are my current favorite because they work REALLY well on the eGo batteries and even BETTER at higher voltage.

Yup, either that, the ego or the go-go/vgo if you want to stick with all inclusive e-cigs. The 510 and dse-901 are going to have very low battery life and will need to be refilled very frequently. Would be best to buy something, either the e-power or ones I mentioned that will easily last you all day on 1 charge and will only need to be filled 3 or 4 times a day compared to 15-20 times a day :)

I saw those at waterbeds-n-stuff, I am trying to find automatic batts as I always have my hand full.

There are a few automatic versions of the eGo and knockoffs--I actually have one automatic eGo battery, but it has bad threading.

If you are looking for "hands-free" then you'd probably want to stick to the "mini" batteries that are light enough to hold in your mouth like a cigarette. However, for most people automatic batteries are just not worth the hassle. Because they are breath activated, you have to draw on them harder than some people like to vape and many will activate by sound or wind, and most importantly, automatic batteries can be ruined by liquid leaking into the switch mechanism. For all these reasons and the extra level of "control" you get from having a button, the majority of long-time vapers prefer manual switches.

If you're still interested in an automatic battery, and don't might it being a bit bigger/heavier than a cigarette (closer to the size of a cigar or pen), check out the ECHO: The Echo

You're not really going to find any of the newer e-cigs with auto-batts. They seemed like a good idea when the e-cig was new, but we vaporers quickly discovered they weren't that great. They have a lot of problems that a manual button battery does not. Lots of people have had the battery die if the cart gets overfilled and drips into the battery. Don't have that problem with a manual battery. One problem I've experienced myself, most people probably wouldn't run into very often and therefore would be an issue. But I went to a concert and my e-cig was going crazy. Apparently the speakers changed the air pressure so much that the auto-battery thought I was almost constantly using it. Kept getting hot in my pocket until I gave up and disconnected the batt from the atty. Was quite a pain. Again, problem solved with a manual battery. If you're looking to have an e-cig constantly dangling from your lips that you can just suck on like you did an analog, I don't think you'll be very happy with your results. None of the auto-batts come in a size large enough to last any longer than 2 hours, especially if you're using it constantly. Plus, I discovered the life of those batteries wasn't nearly as long either. I've only used 1 ego battery out of the 4 I have, and it has been going strong for since February. With my 801 (similar to what you're looking at) I was lucky if I got more than 1 month out of a battery. But hey, to each their own. You may find yourself extremely happy with a small batt e-cig. Lots of people are. I can only vouch for 1 of the ones you mentioned, and that's the 510. My ego uses a 510 connection and I love my cheap boge cartos (which would work with a 510 auto bat). They're only around $8 for 5 of them and I've been able to get 2 weeks or more out of them. Lots better than dealing with attys and carts. I do believe you'll have a lot more options if you go with the 510, and if you decide you want to upgrade to a bigger battery later, you'll already have the rest of the parts. No need for kits, you'll just need the batts + chargers. Just my $.02.

Oh, almost forgot. 510 kits are dirt cheap. So if you get one and don't like it, you're not losing your arm and a leg, just a fingernail maybe ;)

Atty+cart sucks and that is why I don't really recommend the 901. Not a lot of cartos around for 901 and only some KR808D-1 cartos will work without an adapter. However, you CAN use a DSE901 atomizer most KR808D-1 models with no adapter. I used to drip that way (on a manual) but though I loved the DSE901 attys when new, they are a bear to clean and they degraded to where they sucked. DSE901 attys can also leak liquid out the side.

I recommend manual batteries. Highly. Especially with refilling cartos because if a carto leaks it will leak right over where you can damage an auto battery. Manuals also generally make it easier to get a good hit.

Joye 510 manual 180mah and about 100mm long w/ carto - totally sealed end on the manuals, good for dripping too
(nicest PCC for the bove is from NoAmokeVA - roomy cig-pack look and accepts manuals)

Joye 510 mega xl manual 280mah - very very nice but long 128mm w/ a carto
(PCC is the Joye metal non-roomy long cig-pack shape)

KR808D-1 shorty manual - 180 to 220mah, I think about 100mm long w/ carto
KR808D-1 standard manual - 280-320mah, about 120mm long w/ carto
The SmokelessImage manuals have a pretty small button but are totally sealed on the threaded end
Vapor4Life manuals or standard KR808D-1 manuals have a small hole that may come with a little seal behind it
You can drip on these manuals with a DSE901 atomizer

All of those are about 9.2mm diameter, and can use the same drip tips

Joye 510 - I recommend Boge standard resistance cartomizer blanks, few prefilled cartos around
KR808D-1 - prefills and blanks from Vapor4Life, SmokelessImage, Bloogplanet, Halo G6

I get a moister more vapory vape w/ the 510, and a drier less vapory but stronger hit vape with the KR808D-1 (KR808D-1 is a real 3.7v device)

If you want red/orange LED on the black, you may have to buy Joye 510 at Cignot.com - I believe they list that combo. Most black ones I have seen elsewhere have blue led (what I want) or don't say. For KR808D-1, I know Smokeless Image lists their LED colors, but not all color batteries are available as manual.

I vote for a mod at this point. The advantage is great performance and less expensive batteries. For example, I went with the e-power and a 1100mah battery for it runs ~6.50. There's several mods available now and a search will turn them up for your consideration.

For cartos I recommend trying the duel coils and the ce2 at 2.6 ohm. A new one that I'm going to try is the sapphire from gotvapes when they get it back in stock. ‪The BOMB has Dropped - Gotvapes SAPPHIRE Bud Atomizer 1.4ml & 2.5 ohm Tank System‬‏ - YouTube

If you want an auto battery and don't mind the contending with the potential for juice leaking into the batt then you may want to go with the auto Echo which has great battery life and can be vaped without pressing a button like the manuals. You can use either the echo cartos which hold about 3ml of juice and run about $3 each or you can get KRD808-d cartos since the echo has 808 threads. Check the suppliers forum here I think Bill has the echo kit for really good prices. Which ever one you go with I hope it's everything you're looking for.

    in a cave, eh?
Actually, a lot of people like cartomizers, i.e. a 2-piece. Vapor4Life has blank 808 cartomizers you might like. (I believe they sell the 2.5/2.6 ohm cartomizers and they're compatible with your 901).

Also, a good item to get would be a 510 drip tip for your 901 atomizer if you want to try dripping (good for testing new juices, etc.). Only drip on a manual (i.e. your passthrough), though.

    Have fun with your stuff.
