Need something close

Need something close to the JC cured, I cant use PG anymore so it must be VG.. I really liked the taste of the cured juice so is there anything close to it

Search this forum for "cured" and you should find at least one thread about a recipe that is close. I'm pretty darned sure I saw one when I was poking through looking for recipes.
