Okay, we mix a LOT. Our overly strong hands and popeye-esque forearms are tribute to this. So we are looking into ways to mass-mix our bottles and any idea we follow will need to be scaled up to meet the needs of 25 to 50 bottles at a time (that number would shred a bunch of time off our work day).

We're looking into magnetic stirrers but any ideas are welcome. The question is, can we use a magnetic stirrer to mix multiple bottles at the same time? All bottles will be capped so as long as all bottles are contained on the plate and shaking/mixing/vibrating it should be fine. Paint shakers have been nixed as we found them to be too violent, unless there is a good way to keep the bottles from contacting each other.

Hook a Jedi up. The rebel forces really need to have the time this solution would create. Any time we save will open up time for us to fill more orders so we can meet demand.

We were thinking of making this an incentive prize but the details were getting too long, so short and sweet any idea, posted first, that becomes a final product will be awarded a 250USD gift certificate to AVEJuice.com. Also, as a precaution, any working model that comes from one of these ideas will be the property of Alien Visions E-Juice, Inc. (this way it is an apple for orange agreement) We don't mind if someone else uses the idea, as long as we have one working model at the end. The contest begins immediately and will continue until a winner is found or March 14th (my birthday) whichever is sooner.

Thank you everyone for reading. We hope you all have a great vaping day!

My first thought is a stir plate- but those would require mixing in larger flasks. I homebrew and "farm" yeast. You can make a single stir plate out of a computer fan, some rare earth magnets, project box, and generic power supply. A 1000ml, or 2000ml flask are put on top, magnetic stir bar dropped in, power turned on and viola. If you had orders for the same nic level you could pump out up to 1500 ml (in 2000ml flask) in a short amount of time. I suppose you could make one box with multiple fans inside it to have multiple stir surfaces. Doing it the DIY way is quite inexpensive compared to commercial stir plates.

It would seem you could use a paint shaker, with a lil mod. Maybe take a clean unused or thoroughly cleaned can. Take foam or Styrofoam cut in circles to fit the can snug.Stack the circle to form the cylinder shape the height of the can.Make sure each circle is as thick as the bottle of juice. This way you can make layers of cradles without them touching. Foam would probably be best or just use a little soft foam to secure the Styrofoam. Then cut snug little craddles for as many bottle as you can so long as they don't touch.Put maybe a thin foam sheet between each layer. May take a couple hours to make, but you can reuse the foam and all for the next batch. You may need different cans for different sized bottles but it could work. I'm sure a store with a paint shaker would let you test your creation first...

You could always use kitchen aid mixers... I don't know of how high volume you guys mix or exactly what your needs are, but having several mixers with wire whisk attachments would certainly mix everything up nicely... Again, low tech and you also aren't dealing with individual bottles until after the juice has been mixed but those things will definitely mix whatever you want to mix...

It seems to be very easy to make your own magnetic stirrers. I know they range from $70 on up but you can save a ton and make several of your own stirrers for that price.

All you really need is a box, ac adapter, computer fans and rare earth magnets. Imagine that you have, say 16 computer fans laid out in a box. You would want to wire them up to an ac adapter for power. You will also want 16 rare earth magnets secured to the top of the fan, so that when it turns on, it stays put. put pegs between the fans to lay a sheet of plexiglass on top of the fans but without making contact. You'd also want to put some vent holes in the box to allow air circulation and prevent overheating of the fans.

Then you're all set. Set 16 bottles of juice on the plexiglass over the fans and flip a switch. You can probably build one of these setups for $25. Build 4 of them and you can mix 64 bottles at a time, voila. $75 investment and you're all set.
