Need to purchase 2 VV mods that have juice in them- advice needed - all input welcomed

There's two main variables...the power supply and the delivery device. With a REO, they are ...intermixed...due to squonking. Other systems keep them distinct.

So you can have VV inexpensively and use a tank or some such on it. Or a dripper. Or cartos...
Inexpensive VV include things like the twist or other fixed battery systems, then a bit more for vv mods for swappable batteries, or mechs with kick.

tanks are all over the place too. It's going to take a lot of research on your part. You have to put in the effort to decide.

The REO units are great, built strong, and are a great choice if you're going to "squonk" from a bottle. There are other bottom feeder mods too.

That decision tree looks like it might have been a bit of work Pops... lining up all them slashes and periods. You need a hobby - so you don't have the free time for this sort of thing. ;-)
