Need to worry?

Plan on getting a RTDA Ijoy limitless with a new regulated mod. Do I need to worry about amps or voltage or just make sure the resistance is within the range for the mod?

Get good batts, 20 amp or better. And if the coils don't work it won't fire. You almost have to make a ridiculous coil for it not to fire. You can probably do a dual 5 wrap of any size wire and be just fine.

You'll like the Limitless, I think. I have 5 or 6 of them. You don't mention which mod you are considering, but with those batteries-- 25Rs are good cells, sound choice-- keep the mod set to no more than 60 watts per battery. One battery, 60 watts; two batteries, 120 and so forth. This will keep you under the maximum amp loading for those cells no matter what coil you put in the topper.

The mod is a voopoo 157w. Probably only use around 60-90 watts.

Kapstack you should be fine with that setup. The higher you run the wattage, the faster the batteries will deplete, but I think within that wattage range you should be fine. Good luck.

No worries, then. On a pair of 25Rs 90 watts is not an issue.
