Looking to rebuild my Kanger T3 burt out or clogged up, worn out wicks.
I found Kevlar Cord (FireMecca) from Kevlar Cord. It appears to be heat resistant, and very tough. Sounds promising. Comes in two sizes. Which should I get? Or is there another product I can buy for the Kanger T3 wick?
Description:
KEVLAR (R) cord / string is used by many for sewing when building and/or repairing equipment. Some also use it for making fire-eating torches, as it is easily wrapped on and tied off. Our cord is between 1/16 in. (1.6mm) and 1/32 in. (0.8mm), depending on how tight it is pulled, and is made up of four (4) twisted fibers. The fibers are easy to un-twist, should you need a thinner piece to work with.
Also looking for advice on coil wire material to rebuild the T3 Kanger, and where to get some. Any help is appreciated.
