Ok, so, apologies if this post is redundant in any way...I've been doing research for the past week, and my brain is just exhausted.
I've been vaping for a year, first using egos, then MVPs, and now I'm ready for a mod.
Flat top, button top, protected, unprotected, use only protected batteries in a protected mod, use only unprotected batteries in a protected mod...so much information, and some of it seems conflicting.
I primarily use two Nautilus with SS replacement tanks. I don't drip much...I don't build. I really just want to be able to carry around 8000 mah worth of battery life when I'm traveling or camping...and to be able to drop the thing, often.

What I'm looking at:
Silver Bullet with extender
Evolv Kick
AW IMR 18650 3.7v 2000mAh from RTD Vapor
Nitecore I4 charger

How does this setup look?
I've also had the thought 'Screw it, I'll just get a Provari'.
I'm also wondering about the Maxi VStack...

Any and all direction is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jim

I'd have to agree. If you want a simple, get up and go mod, get yourself a Provari. The reliability of that mod is second to none. Hold off a bit, and try to get yourself a Provari V3. Goes up to 22 watts, I believe. Which is plenty of power for the Nautilus to play with. It has the extension tubes for 18650, which means battery life will be great for long trips.

Why a kick ? Ask yourself why you think you need a kick ?
A kick is used to regulate power in a mechanical mod.

If that's what you want, I would suggest a regulated mod.
Kicks limit a mech and really kills everything awesome about a mechanical mod.

Once ya get past wanting a kick, the world of mechanics will
Open up for you.

Okay, now that interests me... I don't really get mechs. At my current level of understanding, you basically lose power as the battery drains, performance drops, and there isn't any protection...therefore it seems dangerous.
I would love to understand the world of mechanics...please explain.
