Needing Modders Expert Advice on Item I Found

I have a dse801 with two batteries. I have a 510 kit on the way. I also have 801 usb passthrough on the way as well as spare batteries. I am using up the battery before the next one gets good charge. I ordered the supplies from Heavens gifts on Apr. 2nd. Still hasn't shown. I have been looking at the battery modding. I went to radio shack and couldn't find any adapters. I thought, goodwill has alot of car adapters like the one I saw in one of the mods for a connector for 801. I did find something that might be a good mod. It is a car charger / home charger . It can be used in the car or at home as a passthrough, but I wanted to run the specs by you all first. I have seen some of the highvoltage stuff you make here and this comes out at 5.2vdc 300ma.

Will the normal atty's work with this voltage?

That would work as a 5 volt supply for an e-cig charger. The 300ma at 5 volts would power the little chargers that come with factory e-cigs.

Not enough amperage. You need 1.5a minimum, depending on the atty you use. A good range is 1.5a to 3a.

Usually if you get a power supply that is 2.5amp you would be good for 6volts and under (no low resistant attys).
