I have both. I've been using Lemos since November, and the Subtank for a week. The following is my experience only (obviously), and YMMV.
I love my Lemos, but figured I'd try the ST because the posts next to the screws looked like they would make building it a breeze. Sure, that part is a breeze (you can probably do it with your eyes closed)...but the rest of the build was a royal PITA. I've only built it a few times, but every time the chamber piece got stuck. When you try to unscrew it, the whole rta section comes off the base, so you're left with a tiny piece to work with. Long story short: after much cursing and multiple cuts on my fingers, I managed to get it off with pliers. In doing so I ended up bending the chamber piece a bit, and I think that may have lead to my Ohms-jumping issue that I had for a bit. My Lemo never gave me such a problem building it.
That aside, I decided to compare them by vaping only one of them for a whole day. The ST does give me a good vape, but the days I went back to the Lemo, it felt like an upgrade. The Lemo hits my sweet spot better...I like 1.1Ohms 16-20watts. I get a nice white, dense, not-to-hot, flavorfull cloud. Also, the ST is very noisy compared to the Lemo.
Both are good, but for me, my experiment told me I'm going to be spending more time on my Lemo, and so I went and ordered a bunch of colored glass tanks from IBtanked (thanks Garemlin!).
