Take a normal syringe needle (we have tons after several mod)
with forceps and choose the desired length before bending it, without squeezing it too tightly.
Make a fold of 45/50 degrees at the most, because the needle does not crush too much.
Fold in the opposite direction, using a finger for leverage at the base.
If done correctly the needle will break cleanly, without smudging, keeping the pipe clean and round.
We will have our needle and no tip, no more danger of bites during charging.
